a) "Client" refers to the individual(s) or entity engaging Eliau Floral Design for wedding/event floral services.

b) "Services" refers to the floral design services provided by Eliau Floral Design.

Eliau Floral Design agrees to provide floral design and arrangement services as detailed in the order or written agreement accepted by the client.

The following applies only to orders that are not paid in full at the time of placing the order.

a) A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total order is required to secure the booking.

b) The balance is due 30 days before the wedding/event date.

c) Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit

a) Changes: Any changes to the order must be made in writing and may incur additional charges. Changes cannot be made less than 8 weeks before the wedding/event date. Changes to the invoice cannot reduce the total cost by more than 10% of the original total.

b) Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the wedding/event, the client will be responsible for the full balance.  If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the wedding/event, the client will receive a full refund less the 20% non-refundable deposit.

c) Postponements: In the event of a postponement, the Client must inform Eliau Floral Design in writing as soon as possible. The following conditions apply:

• If the postponement is made more than 30 days before the wedding/event date, the order can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability. If the new date is unavailable your order will be refunded in full less the 20% non-refundable deposit.

• If the postponement is made less than 30 days before the wedding/event date a rescheduling fee may apply.

• The new date must be within 12 months of the original date or it will be considered a cancellation and subject to cancellation terms.

a) Payments can be made via credit card and direct deposit.

b) Late payments will incur a fee of $10 per week.

a) Eliau Floral Design will deliver and set up the floral arrangements as agreed upon.

b) Any additional set up beyond the agreed terms may incur extra charges.

a) Eliau Floral Design is not responsible for any damage or loss once the flowers have been delivered or collected.

b) Eliau Floral Design will not be liable for any delays or failure in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (eg. weather or traffic conditions)

a) The Client must provide accurate information regarding wedding/event date, delivery address, timing and any specific requirements.

b) The Client is responsible for ensuring that the venue is accessible and ready for set up if required.

c) The Client is responsible for ensuring that Eliau Floral Design is notified as soon as possible if there are any delays to collection from Eliau Floral Design studio.

In the event that specific flowers or shades are unavailable due to seasonal or supply issues, Eliau Floral Design reserves the right to make appropriate substitutions while maintaining the overall look and value of the arrangements. Eliau Floral Design will make every effort to inform the client of any changes.

Eliau Floral Design reserves the right to take photographs of the floral arrangements and use them for marketing purposes.

Eliau Floral Design carries appropriate public liability insurance. Clients are advised to arrange their own event insurance for additional coverage.

Eliau Floral Design reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.

By paying a deposit or placing an order and engaging our service, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
